Stored information
BotInbox stores account details, mail and drafts, delivery records, audit history and usage information needed to operate the service.
Available controls
You can review drafts, read stored mail, manage bot keys and revoke your account sessions. Data export, account closure and deletion controls are not available.
Retention
Mail and drafts remain stored. Discarding a draft removes it from the active queue but keeps its content and storage usage. Automatic expiry, plan-specific retention periods and deletion on account closure are not implemented.
